Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding service use.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means all features provided in the app.
• "User" means any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Paid Service" means paid features, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and prepaid passes.

3. Changes to Terms

The Company may revise these Terms in compliance with applicable laws. Material changes will be announced in advance through reasonable notice.

4. Service Provision

The Company aims to provide stable service but may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational, technical, or legal reasons.

5. Location Information

Location results may vary depending on device status, network conditions, and geographic environment. Accuracy is not guaranteed in all situations.

When the user allows location permission, the app uses the device's location and address lookup features to show the current address and map. The Company does not store users' location details, address lookup results, or saved address lists on its own server.

6. Paid Services and Refunds

Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods are shown on the payment screen. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund handling follow applicable laws and the policies of the relevant app marketplace or payment service.

Subscription products renew automatically until cancelled. Prepaid passes, such as a 1-day pass, do not renew automatically and access expires automatically when the prepaid period ends. Where supported by the app marketplace, users may manage, cancel, or extend paid products through the marketplace account settings.

7. Minors and Parental Approval

If required by applicable law, app marketplace policy, or a user's supervised account settings, the Service, downloads, purchases, or certain features may require age verification or parental approval. The Company may use age-related signals provided by the relevant app marketplace only for compliance and age-appropriate service operation.

8. User Obligations

Users must comply with laws and these Terms and must not infringe others' rights, interfere with the Service, or misuse the Service for unauthorized commercial activities.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, user fault, or unavoidable technical issues.
