How do I cancel my subscription renewal on Android?

If you purchased a Current Location Address VIP subscription through the Android app, you can cancel future renewals from Google Play.

How to cancel a Google Play subscription

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Select Current Location Address.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish cancellation.

You can also refer to the Google Play Help Center.

Cancellation stops renewal from the next billing cycle. You can keep using the subscription until the current paid period ends.

How do I request a VIP refund or withdrawal on Android?

If you purchased a Current Location Address VIP subscription through the Android app, refund requests are handled through Google Play.

How to request a refund on Google Play

  1. Open play.google.com in a mobile browser.
  2. Go to Menu > Account > Purchase history.
  3. In your order, select Request a refund or Report a problem, then choose the option that best matches your situation.
  4. Complete the form and explain that you want a refund.

If you cannot request a refund directly through Google Play, contact support with your order number.

How to find your order number

  1. Google Play sends a payment receipt to the Gmail address used for the purchase. You can find the order number in that receipt.
  2. You can also sign in with your Google account and review your purchase history on Google Play.

Please note:

- If the withdrawal period required by applicable e-commerce law has not expired and there is no usage history, the full payment may be cancelled and refunded.

- For annual subscriptions, if the withdrawal period has expired or there is usage history, refunds may be prorated based on the period used. The final refund amount is determined according to Google Play's refund calculation policy.

- Products whose access period has already ended cannot be cancelled or refunded.

- To stop billing from the next cycle, cancel the subscription as described in the previous section.
