1. Information We Process

We provide the service without a separate sign-up flow and process only the minimum data required for operation.

Data that may be generated automatically during service use includes: masked IP address, in-app payment/subscription or prepaid pass data (item, amount, time, receipt ID, entitlement status), app lifecycle events (launch, close, crash), device and app information, install attribution, usage logs, and website usage interaction data.

On web pages where Google AdSense is used, Google may process cookies, device/browser information, IP address, ad request data, ad impressions, and consent choices to serve ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable privacy regulations.

This web advertising notice applies only to websites operated by the Company, such as currentlocationaddress.com, and does not change how the Current Location Address mobile app handles location or address data.

Where required by applicable law or Google Play policy, the app may check age-related signals provided by Google Play, such as age range, age verification status, supervision status, or parental approval status. These signals are used only for legal compliance, child safety, and age-appropriate service experiences.

• No location data collection on our server: when the user allows location permission, the app uses the device's location and address lookup features to show the current address. The Company does not receive or store location details, address lookup results, or saved address lists on its own server.
• Camera/gallery access is used only for the requested feature and photos are not copied or uploaded to the Company server.

2. Purpose of Processing

• Service operation, billing, refund handling, and reliability.
• Quality improvement and statistical analysis.
• Compliance with applicable app store age verification laws, parental approval requirements, and age-appropriate service operation.
• Website advertising, ad performance measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management through Google AdSense.

Age-related signals from Google Play are not used for advertising, marketing, user profiling, business intelligence, or analytics.

3. Retention and Use Period

• Service analytics and performance data: up to 14 months.
• Other records are retained as required by applicable laws.

4. Provision to Third Parties

We process personal data only within the disclosed scope. Data may be provided to third parties only where permitted by law, such as lawful requests from competent authorities.

Age-related signals provided by Google Play are not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties, except where strictly required by law.

5. Overseas Transfer and Service Providers

We may use service providers located outside the user's country, including Amplitude for app product analytics, Microsoft Clarity for website masked session analytics, RevenueCat for subscription, prepaid pass, and billing support, and Google services for map display, app store, payment-related operations, Google AdSense advertising for the website, and consent management. Address lookup is handled through the device's address lookup features, and the Company does not receive location or address lookup data on its own server. Transfers are made only to the extent necessary for service operation.

Google Play age-related signals are not sent to Amplitude, RevenueCat, or other analytics, advertising, marketing, or profiling providers.

Refusing such processing may limit certain analytics-based features or paid service support, but core on-device location/address processing is not stored on the Company server.

6. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing in accordance with applicable laws.
